If you cancel prior to 14 days before your scheduled arrival, your deposit will be refunded, minus a 15% handling charge.
If you cancel within 14 days, your deposit will be forfeited unless we are able to rent your room to someone else, in which case, your deposit will be refunded, minus a 15% handling charge.
If you arrive late, you are still responsible for the time we held the room for you.
If you depart early, you are responsible for your entire scheduled stay.
